Refund policy
Our refund policy only covers defective key codes. Please note that we are unable to process refunds for purchases of incorrect items, as digital keys are instantly sent to your email and cannot be revoked. Therefore, please be aware that we are unable to process refunds for items purchased on the wrong platform (PC, XBOX, PSN, etc.) or for the wrong account region.
Requests for refunds on digital keys must be made via email to support@keynd.com within 30 days of the purchase. Rest assured, our guarantee is that if you reach out to us for assistance within the first 30 days of purchase and we are unable to resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund.
Please keep in mind all digital keys sold by Keynd Store are valid for 1 unique device/account and cannot be transferred.
Game/Software compatibility is entirely the responsibility of the customer to check as we are the digital key seller, all game/software is provided by Publishers and copyright of those companies, hence refunds will not be provided for compatibility of the game/software.
Defective keycodes will be replaced or refunded depending on the customer’s choice. The company can only prove defective codes only with an output from Publishers.
Keynd Store does not take responsibility for any underlying local issues with the computer that could prevent the normal functioning of any game/software.
All Products sold by Keynd Store include a 1 week of support warranty.
